Project Description

-First read and understand the functional requirements documents for each phase, starting with phase 1, and then manage the testing process of phase 1 for a new social ride sharing website, phase 2 is the mobile version of the site and phase 3 is the iphone app for the site, and phase 4 is the Android app for the site. This involves multiple rounds of manual testing and retesting until all 4 phases of the project are acceptance tested by me, and live. Currently none are live and phase 1 is in the test and rework phase. There will be a 25% milestone released at the completion of each phase. This is not negotiable. Your roll is to manage the testing and QA to ensure that what the developer delivers will pass acceptance testing.

-All issues are tracked per phase of the project in [url removed, login to view] and rated by priority. You will need to create a free account on [url removed, login to view] so that I can add you to the project. You will use this tool to communicate with the developer and retest until each issue is closed. Must provide a status update each business day, and communicate with developer each business day. Experience with tools like Jira or [url removed, login to view] is a plus. There has already been 2 rounds of testing for phase 1 and there are 68 bugs in the system ranked by priority.

-Must have basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML 5, jquery (Rich Internet Application) development so that you can communicate effectively with the developer.

-Must keep user experience in mind at all times, and test not only for functional bugs, but also cosmetic issues and a good professional user experience. Knowledge of User experience is a plus. You will need to answer questions yourself, not just traffic questions back and forth between the developer and me. The reason I am posting this project is that I do not have enough time to do it all myself.

This project will likely go on for 4 more months, but could last longer. With a release of phase 1 and 2 this summer, followed by phase 3 and then phase 4. You will likely spend 2-3 hours per day, each business day on this. Your goal is to manage the testing and delivery process and make sure good quality and all features and functions get delivered as soon as possible by communicating daily with the developer.
I am looking for a fixed price bid that is within my specified budget. If you bid, please write a pm that demonstrates your communication skills, relevant experience, and understanding of the project.
