We are a company that sells videos and photos to clients from different countries. Our current workflow includes charging a deposit at the moment of placing the order and charging the remaining balance on PHYSICAL delivery. We currently have a software to handle the information which was created in Visual Basic and handles the data via Local SQL data base (we have the source code). Our goal is as follow: 1- Modify the Visual Basic software to run the data base from an online source. 2- Create a One Page website with very basic information with a link for Customers. 3- Create a Front end for Customers based on the data base where customers can look up their video and photos via a ticket number and date and are presented with a Check out page based on their remaining balance. Once the payment is complete (either through Paypal or Credit card), a temporary download link is shown. 4- Create a Back end page where we can link the files to the ticket number. 5- Have a way in the back end to view pending sales, completed sales, and totals via filters. Notes: The only thing which is unclear to us is which way is best for the actual file delivery (DropBox, WeTransfer or other services alike) so the programer needs to have knowledge of which service is best for our needs and adapt.

The users of our website have the possibility to use several filters to narrow down their search when looking for funding opportunities (e.g. the geographic location) We now want to add another filter to our 2 databases, and would be looking for someone who knows how to make efficient database queries. All our entries are assigned to one or more countries (e.g. a funding opportunity which is eligible for "Algeria", "Ethiopia", both countries, 25 countries, or it might be eligible worldwide). We store the goods of online stores and send them to consumers from our warehouse. We receive shipping orders via an integration from online stores, pick&pack the shipment, ship the shipment and afterwards fulfill the order from the online store via the integration. Our current need is to find a flexible developer to fix our integration between our own warehouse management system (WMS) and Magento. To complete this task the developer needs to: 1. Use our test platform for Magento. The current module is installed there. 2. Test the module to find out what problems exist in the integration 3. Possibly enter one external Magento client to see what problems exist there 4. Fix the integration module so that it works in our own test platform and in our client's platform. We would also need this person to be able to act as an installation support person, when needed. Our customers will install the integration module and they many times have tech problems. Entretanto, os bancos são BEM pesados (cada banco tem em torno de 500mb, com 2 a 3 milhões de linhas) e isso está tornando o site um pouco lento. This is about 3 branches in a website to come together as one. These branches are not finished yet, but i do have access to the sourcecode. This project is practically a build off from this very website we are on but with a completely different concept in which a summary of the project is shared publicly to all freelancers that are required for the project. Then each freelancer that is interested will need to be able to electronically agree to a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement before moving on. After agreement, they will then have access to the full details of the project which could even be a business plan. The freelancer would then need to either choose that they want to participate in the project or not. If they do, then the employer will be notified that they are interested and will allow the employer to compare all interested freelancers side-by-side and then choose which ones he wants. After the employer accepts them, the freelancer will be notified and required to electronically sign a contract created by the employer. Once this is done, the employer and all freelanced will have a dashboard for their group for this project. The dashboard will have many details on it such as estimated progress, estimated length until completion, and each individual's progress on their current project. It is essentially a hub for a team that will allow them to collaborate and have insight on the entire project status and down to the details of each individual as well. Once the project of the group is completed, there needs to be option for it to be shared publicly or if they prefer for it to remain private. If public, then it needs to be shared on a feed on the website showing completed projects within the website. This project will involve the use of the open source code from Elgg.org. There is already a free freelancer website plugin that gives majority of the core code and will be used in this project. Being that majority of the core code is already provided to be used from start, I expect that it should cost somewhere around the estimated total that I have given, if not less. Aside from the information that I have given, a large portion of the website will be based on redesign of the website so that everything seems as user friendly as this website. There will be a good amount of small features that will need to added/changed as well and those will be given in detail once you are selected for the project.
