Project Description

Dear Valued Freelancers,

I am looking to have a garment customization system built for me that allows users to enter customized dress size measurement values in a form at the product page section of the ordering process and then add to cart.

The measurements that the customer must input on the product page under the section "Customize My Dress" should be for Bust, Waist, In-Seam, Hips, and Hollow to floor with no shoes.

The form should have a text box into which customers can enter the name of the color that they want, and a file upload box for them to upload an image of a sample of the chosen color sample.

There should be another section with a spacious text box for the customer to write a description of any other additional modifications that they require along with 3 file upload boxes for them to upload should they wish, pictures of any modifications that they may have specified in the text box.

There should also be a Back Office capability for me to specify each of the possible size measurement figures that a customer can enter in the form for each category (Bust, Waist, Hips, Height) together with their respective prices.

The entries inputted by the customer in the intended "value input form" as such should not have any direct impact on the base price of the product but should rather be added onto the cart as additions to the main product (That is, as additions that are independent of the attributes and combinations of the product in the catalogue section of Prestashop).

When the customer enters the size measurement, and the entry that they specify is not part of the figures that are set up in the Back Office, a message should pop-up, directing them to refer to the size chart to see all size measurement values that are nearest to their preferred one, which are accepted by the form. The measurements inputted by the customer, as well as their prices should be available in the Order Section of my store in Prestashop along with the details of the basic product to enable order processing to include the user inputted values and customization options.

All the TEXT details that are inputted by the customer in the custom form should be shown in the shopping cart as well as be sent to the Back Office for order processing. All pictures or images should just go straight to a specified sales email for the site, ready for use in communicating further with the customer and/or processing the order.

It would be most preferable for there to exist a mandatory choice button for the customer to choose to either order their dress using ONLY the Standard dress sizes that are handled by and/or comprising the default Prestashop Attributes and Combinations functions already part of the product page by default; or to manually enter ONLY their custom measurements in the form. If they choose to use or specify their custom measurements, then the default attributes and combinations panel present by default on the product page must become inactive. If however the customer chooses to specify their size in standard sizes that form part of the product's default attributes list, then the custom measurement input fields that require information to be inputted should become inactive instead. This way, the customer will always use either ONLY the Prestashop attributes and combination selectors or ONLY this extension to specify their body measurements when placing their order. They should not be able to use both functions together.

Our expectations:
1. We need a module that would allow our users the flexibility to either choose a generic size on the product page, or to enter the values that constitute their custom body measurements.
2. Accepts images of the various customization aspects that customers may be wanting. Images will be sent to a specified email address together with the email and other details of the customer that sent them.
3. Would prefer a module compatible with Prestashop 1.5.4.1
