Project Description

We would like to have an application built for POS kiosks to be used in malls to allow customers to purchase products and services available for sale from multiple vendors. The kiosks should have the ability to have inventory updated daily from vendors aspdnsf as well as websites driven by other systems.

Please respond with any inquiries.
We look forward to receiving your favorable bid.

The Kiosk software/interface must have the following capabilities:

-Pull categories & products (with descriptions & images) from AspDotNetStoreFront webservice via XML (open mode) as well as other sites
-Full text keyword search on products (open mode)
-Lock kiosk down to the purchase of only one product/sku if required by providing recordId/sku in administration panel (locked mode)
-Pull real-time shipping estimates from Canada Post API.
-Accept customer information via touch screen (name/address).
-Send final payable amount to one of multiple payment processors using merchant number as provided by vendor to security chip enabled credit card machine for customer to complete purchase.
-Send completed order (customer info, product info, approved payment info) from kiosk to AspDotNetStoreFront webservice or other sites via XML
-Print receipt via attached thermal printer. (Option for kiosks)
-Rotate still images and video advertisements after inactivity (adjustable time)
