Project Description

We have 14 servers with Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system.
6 data base servers (SQL Server 2010), 6 RDP severs and 2 Web servers with IIS 7.0
We installed windows servers monitoring tool on all severs.
The tool collects data on all servers and identified the below listed bugs.
We required real time experienced person on windows server and SQL Server TO IDENTIFY CAUSE OF POOR PERFORMANCE AND SUGGEST SOLUTIONS.
Should know the cause for the below listed sample of errors and steps to follow to fix the errors
We have many other errors reported by our server monitoring software tool.

DB Server performance issues :-
------------------------
1. Hard Disk Complaints
a. In peak time the Disk Queue length reaching around 70
2. SQL Server Abnormal activities observed in peak time
a. Compilations reaching around 35 per second
b. Lock wait time reaching around [url removed, login to view] per mille second
c. Page Splits around 9 per second
d. Full table scans are happening around [url removed, login to view] per second
Web Severs
-----------------------
3. There are now [url removed, login to view] per second errored packets, putting the host in a warn level.
This could be caused by incorrect application backlog parameters, or by incorrect OS UDP backlog queue settings.
