Project Description

We need someone that can help us create a process of identifying a person's psychological profile and behavior patterns based on the way they answer questions on a survey. We have a set of adjectives that that are divided into quadrants and cells. Your job is to create questions and answers that would allow the person taking the survey and us to see what "cell" they fall into.

The overall matrix start out with four quadrants, then sub-quadrants and finally the cells. The cells are what contain the adjectives for the behaviors. The adjectives are broken up into two categories: Business and Personal.

The finish project should have two solutions: One, where a questions can be placed on a paper and answered by the respondent, then the respondent should be able to calculate their answers and be taken to spot on the grid/matrix that will point them to the adjectives that describe their behavior. And second, we need a solution that can used to capture the information on a computer. In this instance, the computer would actually calculate the result and let the respondent know which adjectives describe their behavior.

Because this project is extremely important and accuracy is a 100% MUST, we can only consider those that have experience in creating these survey questions. We will provide the adjectives and matrix to those that we believe are qualified to help us with this project.

In order to have yourself seriously considered for this project, you will need to explain back what we are looking for an how you may provide a solution. You work history will be extremely important, so if you have none, you may not be considered for this project. The bottom line is that you MUST convince us you can deliver what we need. So any examples, demos or previous work history will be a helpful for you to be considered.

Good luck and I look forward to hearing back from those that feel they are qualified.
