In order to excel at this project, you need to thrive in making cold calls. You need superb skills in getting past gatekeepers to reach busy Marketing Directors and CEOs.
With this position, the first step of the sales process is to make cold calls to Marketing Directors and CEOs. You will invite these Marketing Directors and CEOs to attend a live event presentation that will show them how to use data to laser target their best customers, save marketing dollars, and increase sales.
We have leads and a CRM. We just need you to make the calls and follow up as described below.
The target size for the leads are companies ranging in revenues from $3 million to $35 million in annual Sales revenues that are appropriate for this product.
You will also confirm the appointment and participate in the appointment / live event. A staff member of the company will participate in the appointment to present the product to prospect; however, you will attend this appointment as well.
Then, you will follow-up with the client to 'close the sale' unless the client decides to buy on the spot at the presentation.
Prior experience in successfully reaching similar types of decision-makers is a plus.
Looking for candidates with a track record of proven sales success.
For this project, you will be paid $600 for a 4-week project. Please tell me how many hours per week you will work for $600 for one month. Alternatively, you could propose a certain number of calls per week or some other measurable outcome. Please be very specific with respect to goals. This will tell me both that you read this description and that you can follow-through with details.
Additionally, I already have another salesperson. I'm looking to add another salesperson so this could be the beginning of an on-going role.
