Description
Our company is exploring options to support its marketing strategy by implementing a proactive sales support program to generate sales with business in key industry sectors.

We are looking for a team of telemarketing experts to sell online advertising in a Business to Business marketplace.

Our previous success with telemarketing led us to become one of the largest companies in our industry, so our methods work. We would like to repeat that success.

Your Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Making Business to Business calls from an existing database
2. Reporting directly to the Manager on a daily basis
3. Closing Sales online and accepting payments.

The Successful Applicant company will have a team that can:
Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills Provide proof of existing campaign skills
Have a proactive and motivated approach to problem solving
Knowledge and experience of computer software, including Word, Excel etc..

This is an ongoing project that could run for the successful company for 5 years. Payments will only be made on successfully closed sales and commissions will be generous and paid weekly.

Other considerations.
Do not apply if you have less than 10 agents. This is suited to an experienced call centre only.

Payment is only on completion of a successful sale - An hourly rate will NOT be negotiated.

You will be able to see the results online everyday and payments will be available each week. A savvy telemarketing team could earn as much as $12500 - $15,000 per month if KPI's are met each month. Additional residual income will be made available for telemarketing companies that hit KPI's

Conservative estimates have been made based on previous telemarketing companies performance and the price point of the product. It is anticipated that experienced call centres with good training methodology, will hit 1 sale per day per agent initially, but the commissions will make it well worth it.
