what is needed: check website, see any problems, find bugs and not ready parts, offer improvements for usability and upgrades to systems.

CMS, website frontend, profiles profiles for the types of users.
usability- problems with understanding the website.
changing texts/adding instructions- offer texts to add at certain places to make more understandable. offer changes to make for site to be more friendly.
CMS- the cms is a bit primitive. offer necessary basic improvements and possible upgrades to the system, ways to automate the system and future management of bulk customers of different kinds.
design problems, and incompatibility with browsers. (it is now ready only for chrome).
provide documentation for the above, and screenshots if neccessarry. recomend addittions and improvements.

after seeing the site and basic testing and report- talking with me and hearing what i think problems and adding to report.
after changes are implemented by developer, doing a second shorter testing when site ready.
payment terms- first 33% payment after initial testing.
33% when documentation is ready and approved.
rest of payment after testing of the implemented improvements.
optional bonus for someone who represents me with developers until major improvements of usability and management untill launch.
noregression testing needed as of yet, but consider the possibility of adding modules in future.
