Translation of online help and documentation software ENGLISH to Dutch.
- 58 documents to be translated into Dutch is approximately 52,500 words in total

Process:
=======

- A first test of two documents will be translated from English into Dutch and submitetd to our final customer for quality control.
- These documents are attached to the current project description
- If approved, the other 56 documents will be translated
- The final delivery of 58 translated documents by selected provider must always be before January 21, 2013

Traduction rules
==============

Below you will find the rules to be followed in the translation of documents from English into Dutch. DOCX files must be edited with Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010. TXT files must be edited using an application such as Notepad or equivalent.
Each translated file must be restored to a file with the same name as the original document with the prefix NL instead of EN. It is accepted that DOCX files are delivered without screenshots of origin.

It is very important that the translation rules are respected.

Delivery of the translated files

All documents must be translated and delivered absolutely Documalis for January 21, 2013. Delivery of documents translated documents will be made in the form most appropriate by the provider (email, ftp, other ...)

- Text enclosed in square brackets (eg: [NLS] )
- HTML elements
- The key words « %s », « %d », « \r » and « \n »
- Text enclosed in <> (eg: )

Translate:
- All texts outside those mentioned above
- Respect the numbers present at the beginning of the line and followed by "="
- Respect the single and double quottes
