Project Description

Very basic access control software. Must be designed in VB6 and MySql. Please do not request for VB DOT NET or any other language. This is a very specific order. Very simple project.
Only Four form required.
1. Splash screen
2. Data input screen where the : ID Barcode number, Designation, Name, Age, Sex, Picture Location, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Address, 2nd Address, Email, Cell Number, Home Number, Reference name, Date of Birth, Date of join, Salary, Working Hours, Annual Leave, Exit Remark, General Remark
(About fields will be manually entered)

3. This form will be open all the time. When the BAR CODE reader will read a code, the software has to check it it exist or not, If exist it will show the Picture, Name and Designation only, Status text box will show if he/she is not in, then message box will appear and ask " Do you Like Come In?" then option "Yes" or "No". If "YES" then entry will be logged with data and time. But if he/she is already in then Message box will ask "Do you want to Exit, then option YES" or "NO". if "YES" then the person will logged as "Out". "No" means cancel the request..
VERY IMPORTANT **** : For double beep with BARCODE reader (accidently), I think the above option will nullify the double entry trouble.
If not please advise.
4. Print report with some of the data : Every In, Every Out time, Name, Designation, ID Number, Date, Time, Exit remark, General Remark

HAS TO BE DONE IN VB6 AND MySQL. We do not like discuss about this part. Rest you may ask any question.
