Project Description

I need to build an Access database with a front end dashboard to be pushed to people within the organization daily. The dashboard would represent metrics that we want to measure our branch operations on, and it would run off of 7-8 pre-defined, system-generated reports that would be fed into the Access database daily. The reports need to be cross referenced against each other, filtered against several pre-defined lists to assign the data on the reports to the correct branches, calculate the number of exceptions for each branch based on guidelines given, and then calculate the percentage compliance for each metric dynamically based on new information each day.

The dashboard should allow a user to filter by their branch to see their metrics, and include the numbers and percentages given a date range, but also generate a few charts and graphs given that date range as well. We may want to publish this via XML but not an absolute requirement at this stage.

The database should be easy to update, so a lower skilled person can easily feed the updated system reports into the database and update the dashboard quickly. Also, the underlying lists that feed the filters should be easy for a lower skilled person to manage (add and remove fields as needed, and see what needs to be updated).

It's a fairly straightforward set of business rules, and I can provide clear logic for each filter and connection, but need someone who is good at Access, VBA and dashboards to execute quickly and effectively.

Would like to have this set up within a week or two if possible.
