Project Description

I am creating an exam website but I want to start with just one page so this will not be a huge project to start. If you are a good designer and created a one page design and then slice it for less than $100, then this is your project. Once I get certain layout features and color schemes flushed out then later I will create the member pages, admin pages, etc. But for now, I just need one page design and then sliced into HTML.

(see attachment)
Start with a completely black background 100%
Then create an active area WHITE background of approx 1200px wide and 577px high
Then place the main 18 features inside the white background but within a 960px W centered
- note: the 18 elements consist of a logo, slogan, photo, title, question, etc

Please stick with my general design and layout but incorporate the ideas and design and layout of the 17 examples on pages 2-7. I do not expect you to make my design to look like any of these designs but I like all of them because of various reasons, buttons, colors, positioning of timer and buttons, etc. Your new design should be very unique, interesting, easy to see the various elements, and highly professional.

Are you going to use HTML5 or Flash to make sure all major browsers display the exam the same way?

I would like Photoshop originals and then sliced and upload to my server. When the project is finished, I will move on to other pages and issues with design and layout before we move onto programming. This comes later and you should NOT bid on the other pages and programming, only this one exam question page and sliced.

I will supply logo (you do not do the logo), photo, and server. You take what I provide and make them look good. Once the design has been created, on page 1 I ask for various screen shots of what it would look like if a user selects an answer and the SAVE button is activated.
