I am looking for a programmer that can take PSD files, slice them, and create an amazing HTML5/CSS3 website.
I would love to find someone who can take this project from start to finish, keeping a high quality work (close attention to details is required).
I have a newly designed PSD files that needs to be sliced and convert into the new website (see attached file).
The files are not perfect, I do need them to be pixel perfect and reorganize (or redesign it from scratch).
The website is static so there is no needs for any backend system (keep it simple no WP, Joomla, etc)
I want it to be a pure HTML5/CCS3 for faster loading time, better SEO, and compatibility with other browsers and devices, and cleaner code.
The new website should be responsive design so it will work nicely on every device screen size pixel perfect.
The only dynamic feature in the website is the implementation of geo-location.
Right now if you access the site from different locations, it will show the local phone number to your location on every page (on the contact us on the right side) and when you go the “location” page the map will show the nearest location and address first. This is something I would like to keep but because the code is old it’s a bit buggy (you can use the current geo-location code but please review the code for updates and bugs)
The current geo-location feature is using the IP address only, I would like to add the option to get the GPS geo-location when you access the site from a mobile device.
In the home page you should have a nice looking slider and main menu.
All the pages MUST pass the W3C ([url removed, login to view]) validation with no errors or warnings!
Add social review plugin using [url removed, login to view] or others.
The number of pages and their content will be the same like the current site (around ~20) many of the pages are very similar just different text.
Some pages should have the submission form similar to the current one.
There should be a big attention for a good SEO.
Every page should have unique description, and keep the same page names that the site has right now.
Every image and link should have a description.
