I am looking to have a website built that will be somewhat like a Bitcoin exchange. The users will not be exchanging with one another although, they will be exchanging within the site from Bitcoin to USD.
Users will be able to deposit to the site and withdraw with these following methods:
-- Western Union
-- A Bank cash deposit to a certain account
-- Vanilla Reload
All deposits and withdraws BESIDES Bitcoin will be manually processed. We will need the information displayed to the user of how to deposit for each method once they choose to use that method. After being explained the details then they need to be presented with a modal form or some sort of form for them to enter in their details of their payment they have made. Say for example someone wants to send a Western Union to deposit on the site. They choose the option and then are given instructions on how to deposit. Once they've made the deposit then they are presented with the form they need to fill out that gives us the details of the payment so we can pick it up. The form for Western Union would include: Full Name, City, State, Amount we are receiving, the MTCN number, and the date they they sent the payment. Once we pickup the payment we then will process onto their account and give them a "virtual balance". This balance will be the amount that they have made their payment for but it will be guaranteed by the fact that we have the money on hand. At this point once they have the money "deposited" into their account they may choose to convert it into Bitcoins or choose to cash it back out any of the withdraw methods (MoneyGram, MoneyPak, Vanilla Reload, Cash Deposit, ETC). The conversion from USD <--> Bitcoin is automatic. They will be charged a small fee anytime they withdraw and/or convert money from USD <---> Bitcoin. If they choose to convert their balance into Bitcoin then they will now have a balance in Bitcoin. They can automatically withdraw this balance to any bitcoin address they'd like through an easy to use "wallet" that is stored on the website. The website will function as a bitcoin web wallet as well.
It is very important that the designer for this project understand and know how to deploy an online wallet for Bitcoin. All users will need to be able to have and create their own account and be able to have a transaction history of all their recent withdraws, deposits, conversions and such. The designer/developer also needs to know how to process bitcoin transactions automatically, safely, and securely. We will be implementing a "hot wallet" and a "cold wallet" into the site to prevent any major loss of funds due to a hack or any malfunction. The "hot wallet" will be the one that is used daily and used for processing withdraw's and deposits on a day to day basis. It will keep the minimum amount of bitcoins possible to function the site. After the "hot wallet" reaches a certain threshold it will automatically withdraw to the "cold wallet". All deposits and "top up's" of the hot wallet will be performed manually by the administrator. We do not mind having all the bitcoins on the "hot wallet" being in one address or one wallet. As long as the users can only withdraw their balance available on their account.
We want the page to be very simple, easy to use, and minimalist. We're looking for a very flat page design and something very similar to: www.quickycoin.com. We really like their design and would like something that is relative to this. Their should be one page that you arrive at where you can easily get started "Depositing" in order to convert your dollars to Bitcoin. We also want all functions such as submitting withdraw's and completing forms to all be processed through Ajax. We would like all functions on the site to seem "streamlined" and work very smoothly. We want this to be a very unique state-of-the-art website.
If you can complete this project we have PLENTY more! Thank you.
