Project Description

This project has 4 parts.
I would like a design completed from scratch with flash or something similar that will work on all platforms (web, mobile, etc)
OR
I would a template converted to a website with mobile version and phone apps (multiple platform).
I would like for one person to do this project but if need be, then I will split the projects across all platforms.

I need a content management site for a tanning salon that will list all products, coupons specials, beds, etc. This site will need to be fully adminable from the owner of the salons. Some of the features will be listed below. ALL FEATURES will need to be available across all platforms based on the user login (ex: if a manager is logged in, then it will show the links and pages that the manager can utilize, etc)

Website:
Will have the basic tanning salon website functions (please do the research before bidding). This project will need to provide support for multiple tanning locations
additionally it will have an employment application page, user account signup, coupon emailer, mass emailer, employee area and admin area. There will be added features that will need to be available across all other platforms as well based on the user login:
Employee work schedule
product and bed features on main page
Admin area will show preview of what pages will look like before it is "live" so the admin can see if he wants to accept changes or modify.
Site will contain videos
FAQ page will be dynamically generated from database based on what the topic is about (ex: if user is on the BEDS page, then faqs linked from this page will be specific to the particular type of bed)
Interactivity to the facebook page including any adminable actions would also be desirable here
welcome page alerts for admins like if coupons are expiring soon, change or update info if its been there too long, employee requested days off, etc.
Employee scheduling archive to be able to look up past schedules (must indicate on schedule if it is an edited schedule)
Employee can request days off from their screen that will allow admin to approve or decline.
Mail system to send mail to employees, users, etc, when changes are made, new promos, etc.

Mobile Version:
Same information as the website but in a easier to read for mobile phone version with minimal text and graphics but with the same look and feel of the site. This will also have a map to location feature.

App for iPhone & android
Same as mobile version but with an app

Will run different promotions across all platforms, so when the user loads the special and promotions coupons options they will be different as set by the owner in the admin section.
