Project Description

Stompin’ on the Quomps is a community music festival based on a theme of Smooth Jazz. Using an existing graphic design of the home page and template pages (available in Photoshop), we require an update to our Drupal website.

There are approximately 8 main menu items including ‘About Us, ‘Bands’, FAQ’s. Menu’s items such as ‘Your visit’ may break down into sub-items, in this example location, parking, train, ferry, accommodation. Where possible links will be made to information other sites providing the information, eg train times, accommodation.

As with most festivals there are sponsor companies and their logo’s need to appear on the website. Sponsors broadly fall into a small number of gold and silver sponsors with a larger number of bronze categories, and the page impression (size and timing) needs to reflect the size of their sponsorships. Sponsors are being added all the time so this needs to be easy for us to update.

Facebook and Twitter need to be incorporated.

Our media partner has hdef video hosted on youtube and we would like to incorporate video within the site. We also like to incorporate images from previous years, with a limited number of high res images available for media to pull-down off the web.

On completion of the project our expectation is that we can update textual information without recourse to the developer.

This should be a straightforward project for someone familiar with Drupal.

The existing site is:- www.stompin.org. An e-pub of the programme of the event can be seen at [url removed, login to view]

The attachment is for INDICATION ONLY and there will be a number of minor changes in the final design.
