Project is to build a super slick website for an e-commerce/social networking venture using latest technologies and design principles. I will not give the details here, but will specify the kind of person I am looking for!
I need someone who is very creative, knows all the latest technologies required to build an awesome website, is very passionate, can quickly code but at the same time good at writing bug free code. I would prefer an individual rather than a company/group of people (unless they have a very compelling case). You should have good experience of building e-commerce and social networking kind of websites. When I say creative, I want someone really creative - not someone who will be giving me some website from a standard set of template - I will want genuinely new website.
I have a look and feel of website in my mind - so I can easily imagine me giving you a lot of feedback on your versions and asking you to make changes. So we will go through a lot of iterations , and if you don't like it, please don't apply.
Please send me your credentials, your past work experience, examples of best of your works etc. Basically, more information you are going to provide me about your work, more chances you will have.
It might seem like a lot, but stakes are high here and obviously I want the best people to be my partner. Looking forward to all the responses !

PS: I had previously posted the project with different reward criteria, but looking at the bids I am getting, it does not seem like that anyone is interested in becoming a stakeholder in my project and are only looking to make a quick buck by finishing the project quickly. Which is ok with me as long as I get a great product.
