Project Description

I want to apologize to everyone who took the time to bid on this project last week. It is my first project in years and frankly I posted prematurely. The feedback I received indicated I need more specifics so I have thought it through and have drafted 80% of the site, and all of the required functionality except the parts that I have a hard time conceptualizing (these are described as NOTES on the attached document).

I have a project I need developed. It will be very much like SitterCity in that it is a service provider based matching service. The color scheme should be very close. I have designed it to be mobile friendly limiting what is viewed on a page.

Service providers will have their own portal through which they can register, upload photos and possibly video (or a link to a video), a web link, and choose payment options. Also need fields for Service Providers to market and differentiate themselves: height, language, hair color, hair length, etc.

Clients shall have the ability to create an account, link it to different social media sites, and even run a background check via LexusNexus. The idea is to provide as much information as possible to make the service providers feel safe. Clients will want to filter their search by all of the available fields including location.

The administrators should have several dashboards. One will monitor service providers to see how many are new, how many are leaving, by area and radius, type of payment accounts. Another dashboard will monitor cash flow with filters for region, state, etc.

I would like it to be able to be used internationally as well. I definitely want to be able to use this in England so addresses and a payment portal will need to be customized.

The selected candidate should be able to reference their projects that are similar. The code should have comments throughout in case someone else needs to come along and maintain the system. I prefer a programmer that is part of a team who is able to provide on-going support on a contract basis. I also would like to know a breakdown of the expected timeframe. If the candidate has designs skills that is a plus.

I am not interested in SEO, but if you are able to include it and show me that it was done, bonus but not a contract winning factor.

I will judge largely on the number of similar projects you have worked on, and the smoothness of the design. I will be tough at first too, just cause I need to know you can take it.

You must have a completion rate of over 50%, have completed projects of similar size/cost, have more than 20 reviews, have at least 4.0 average of feedback. No hourly budget proposals will be entertained. If you are over my limit of $2,000, please do not bid. I prefer to spend less.

When you respond please include up to five links to projects you have worked on that are most similar to what I am looking for or similar functionality, advise me as to whether the two notes in my attached spec list can be done (these are not necessary but would be very nice to have if it is not too expensive), and I would like to hire a group that provides ongoing maintenance. Please refer to the attachment titled, Functionality 050513 for details.
I have learned that patience during this process is important so I am going to wait at least 24 hours before responding to any offers. Thank you for bidding!
