I need a brand new website for my business.

No API required. I will load the shipping label on the backend manually. The key for this project is to keep a good record of shipments and billing. I need this site to be secure.

1. Application Description
The project will consist of two system modules: Web-application and Backend Management System.
The goal is to create a web-based software where people / companies can sign up and pay for shipping.
It will also give the ability to the customers to print the label and enter the Sales person information from a dropdown list so you can track who the seller was.
Please see below a high level system modules list:
Web-portal – Open to anyone: system design and html user interface
1. Register

a. services agreement
b. Personal info
c. Payment info
d. Payment type
e. Sales representative info (to track sales)

2. Returning Customers

a. User Authentication
b. Password Reset

(Filter access by IP address)

3. Get shipping labels

a. Enter package / multipackage information
b. Shipping Details (dimensions, date, type ,etc….)
c. Show shipping pricing
i. Calculate the shipping based on carriers pricing + accessorial (oversize special handling fee and other fees) (this will be managed through the Management system below,)
ii. Display Shipping Price


4. Checkout interface
a. Show pre-defined payment type and pre-existing payment on file
b. Make changes on shipping (add, delete, etc…)
c. Accept Terms and Conditions
d. Make payment (interfaces with Payment processor: Paypal. 3C/[url removed, login to view], eCheck, etc…)
e. Print Invoice/ Receipt
f. Print Labels

5. Track Shipping
a. Allow Customer to track shipping
b. See purchase history
 based on payment type, we have to void shipment, edit shipment, refund, etc.
