I want it to have various tabs for B2B and B2C community ordering and customers are able to make secure payment through PayPal Credit/Debit card etc..They will then be taken to a booking system where they will choose and book a day that is available in the calendar for example as we are based in London we will offer a fitting service in north on Mondays, West on Tuesdays, South on Wednesday and East Thursdays. This needs to be adaptable as we start to scale up.
When the order is processed a mail goes out to the client confirming welcome pack. To include welcome letter, Brochure , permission letter and confirmation on which side they want the door bell installed.(without this signed the installer cannot proceed)
Payment confirmation, Invoice and confirmation of date chosen by customer for the installer to attend the property.
The payment must be attached d to the client file with status of payment so we know if it has been paid or not.
This is mailed to the installer on each morning so he knows hi schedule and the shortest route to take already worked out by the software from postcodes.
For every 1 installer the maximum jobs in 1 day will be 10.
We only have 1 installer for now. So this needs to be scalable upto increase the booking calendar should also be able to handle upto 100 installers.
For the installer on the day the programme you recommend must also be able to work out the shortest route for that morning and afternoon from the postcode/Zip Code for the installer. This must be sync to his Smartphone to include name number address and post code.
We want the option to book on behalf of the client or indeed the client may just want to purchase unit with n the option of no installation.
We want be able to send out mail shots to clients from the data base created periodically.
This must all work with little effort from us in the process,
The website should work in tandem from the tweet post or like through to the sale, booking and customer satisfaction.
