We need a responsive website design for a sign company. Its a new company who will design, install and maintain signs for different businesses in a specific local market.

We require a professional designer who can work for us on a regular basis after this project as we have a bunch of projects lined up. We need to gain trust with someone who can deliver on time every time and deliver high quality websites as per the requirements. You need to have good communication skills and always be providing prompt response.

You need to require following expertise for this project:
PhotoShop
HTML5
WordPress
SEO so that you can build the website keeping SEO structure in mind. We need the website to be optimized for speed and loading times. We dont want you to do SEO, however we want you to build website keeping SEO in mind.

Requirements
We need approximately 6-8 pages designed, converted to HTML5 and integrated with WordPress Theses theme from diythemes.com. We also open to any other good wordpress theme, however keep in mind the design needs to be 100% custom with copyrights. We require that you submit atleast 3 different and completely unique designs for us to choose from.

Once design gets finalized you need to create the website in HTML5 and make sure its responsive among all devices i.e desktop, cell phones and ipads and other similar devices. And then integrate it with WordPress for CMS. We will also need a blog page separately...and require all social media links integrated.
