Project Description

I need an amazing web designer to make a small static website.

Although the site is small, it is imperative that it looks and functions perfectly.
I need it to function similar to this site: [url removed, login to view]
There will be some animations that will most likely require jQuery.

I have it already designed in Photoshop, it just needs to be realized on the web.

Here's what a description of what it looks like and how it will have to function:

The top of the page has a banner area and the navigation bar.
There are three main pages, and each button in the nav bar has a hover state that moves an object in the banner area.

This site has a horizontal layout.
When moving from page to page, everything stays stationary except for the content area.
It animates out of the page and the page you arrow to animates in.
It should animate something like this page does: [url removed, login to view]
(but instead of vertical, it needs to move horizontally.)
I'd like there to be a custom scroll bar built into the bottom of the page, so you can use that or arrow over to a different page.
(I'd like you to be able to use your fingers to slide horizontally through the site if you were using an iPad, but its not a must.)

The home page is the center page.
If you move left there is Page 3, the contact page.
If you move right there is Page 2, the randomizer button page.

Page 1:
The home page.
It is static with some information.
Page 2:
A randomizer button, displaying a quote from a list of about 30.
You can also click on another button that will "flip" the randomizer button over to display the list of all of the quotes. Since they don't all fit in this area, there's an arrow to slide over to the remaining quotes.
To "flip" back to the button, click on the rounded arrows on the side, the same way that you "flipped" it in the beginning. When I say "flip" it... if there's an animation that looks like a rectangle flipping over, we could try that. Or if it just slid up in the the information bar, and then the list slid back out, that would work too.
Page 3:
Static, with contact info.
