Project Budget$30-$250 USD
Basically, our users create an image with text and pictures that resembles an advertisement, but does not advertise any brand; it will simply make people double-take, laugh, and it will make their day. When a user fills out his/her ad form and provides the image, the image, along with a description and the user's nickname will be provided. They can then invite their family and friends to vote for them. Each vote will require one credit and each credit will require one dollar. Family and friends that are invited to vote for that person or any other user in the site don't have to become a user although their dollar will have to be paid when they click the vote button. Users, however, can store as many credits as they want as long as their willing to pay for them. The administrator should be able to raise or lower any of the credits of any single user as well as how much the credits cost. I have a simple theme sketched already if you want to see it. Again, this should be done using Wordpress as the root; it'll probably make this easier (tell me if I'm wrong). The Payment Processor should be Paypal and once someone pays for a credit and votes, it should bring the user or guest to a screen where they can invite their friends or family (up to 20 email addresses). A user should also be brought to the invite screen after he or she has created an ad.
The website will be called Jibbler.net. A different website is up now, but all of it will be taken down when this site is apparent. The theme I have sketched and attached should be a wordpress theme, having all of the attachments to an administers account including easily changing the logo, adding more pages , being able to install plugins and place them as a widget on the sidebar like most other wordpress themes, etc. It's color scale should be in the blues (mainly aqua blue). It should be easy on the eyes, like eye candy. Obviously, a form including uploading an image and resizing it to fit the postand a description should be included. When registering, a user should provide His/her name, information about him or herself, her/his home address, email address, phone number, and a code from reCAPTCHA to prevent spam users. any user should be able to see his or her profile which should include a picture of him or her and be able to talk to him (by commenting below the profile). When reaching a number of the administrators choosing, the vote button should be change text and say "Ad Pending..." An automated email should be then sent to the administrator, telling him or her that the specific ad by the specific user has reached its maximum, and a separate automated email should be sent to the user, telling him or her that the specific ad has won by popular vote and a representative will talk to him or her shortly explaining what will come next.

IMPORTANT: Please reread both the "Brief Summary" and "Other Requirements" section. I have added many more important details to this project.

This will probably be the last update before I choose a bidder: please recheck the attachment where the wordpress theme is. The only feature I added is the "created by: user_name" with a link to their profile in the post. I had also cut off an important note on the side in the first document on the right margin so I have revealed it in this new update. Thanks. Please message me back to acknowledge that you opened the document and looked at the new updates. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Again, this is the last update before choosing the winner. May the best man or woman win :).
