Testing VBA macro

Attached to this bid request are two Excel documents, which are identical in their presentation and content. They both provide a VBA based tool to calculate the solution to a problem (which problem it solves is not necessarily relevant here). The only difference between these two Excel documents is the input values. In the document named 'MOT NJ July 2005', go to the 'Solution' sheet. Click the 'Run Optimizer' button and you eventually get a message telling you triumphantly that the Excel Solver has found a solution. If you attempt to do the same thing in the document named 'BudKroll', you get an error message saying that a solution cannot be found. The task is to glance through these documents to understand why the Excel Solver works in one case and not in the other. It should not be necessary to go into the detail of the code. The VBA programme is the same for both sheets; the only difference is the input. The winning bidder should identify where the differences lie and try to explain why the Excel Solver cannot find a solution for the inputs in the BudKroll document. In your bids, please give me an indication of how long you would need to complete this task, and whether you already have an idea of what the problem might be. I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
