Crystal Reports Problems

I am trying to resolve a problem with an existing web application running on Windows Server 2008, with IIS 7, Crystal Reports, Access database and programmed in ASP.NET. The application has been running for years, but the individual who programmed and maintained it died. We have no documentation on the program. It was also hosted on very old Dell hardware with Windows Server 2003, iis 6, and Crystal Reports 10. In order to the server to a data center, we had to upgrade to Windows Server 2008 and Crystal Reports 11. I have been able to get everything working with Crystal Reports generating the reports properly, however, when executing the code that displays the report using the object [url removed, login to view] Request, Response, null I get the following ASP error:

I need help determining a solution to this as soon as possible. The best approach would probably be to work on a shared monitor to resolve this and other issues that might come up in getting back to fully functioning.
