Project Description

Hi, I'm after a simple piece of software that will add two options to the Control box of any Windows desktop application.

- 'Always on Top' option
- 'Send to Tray' option

See attached images for expectations

This software will be similar to a free product, PowerMenu ([url removed, login to view]), that is no longer being actively produced.

The software needs to:

- Run on both 32 and 64 bit Windows platforms
- Run on Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 (not RT)
- AutoStart for all users, (if that's able to be done without an installer)
- System Area Icon (to be provided by me, please identify sizes required)

I'm not after anything complicated, just a simple .exe file (if that's possible). I'll create the installer so I'm only after the application itself.

The name of the application should be [url removed, login to view]

In the System Area the mouse hover popup should state: Always On Top - withEASE.

A Right Click on the System Area icon should display About and Exit options

The About option, when clicked on, should display a new Window, centred on the screen.

This window will contain an image, which will show the Control box menu on display with the two new options highlighted, and state the following text:
Keep the Window you're working on On Top of all the others, it's so easy, it's withEASE.

Visit the website?

(Two buttons, Yes = [url removed, login to view], No, closes the About Window)

I understand that there are limits to how this will work with Windows software manufacturers that skin their own software, but I'm after a tool that will do the job for the majority of the time.

Thanks for your time.
