    I am looking for a freelancer to improve the graphical outlook of our company. The work includes revision of our graphical design guidelines and updating them as needed. The freelancer does not need to be fluent in Spanish, but MUST be able to work with Spanish speaking environment as all of our documents are in Spanish. The freelancer MUST be comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word templates (potx & docx). We cannot utilize a snobby freelancer who does not want to touch Microsoft products or Windows. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher is a bonus, but not absolutely neccessity. We are working on PC Windows environment, so the freelancer must also be able to work with this. We currently have a logo and color schemes designed. Logo should not be changed unless absolutely needed. Color scheme (palette) can be upgraded. We have also selected a graphical style: paths in the nature and are rather satisfied with this. However, our presentations need a lot of overall styling corrections and unifications. The very same thing applies to Word tempalte. The following are expected deliverables: 1. Design of PowerPoint template as .potx. Including: - basic dia design - opening dia - section dividers (2-3) - closing page - PowerPoint styles, headlines, colors, color palette defined, bullet point lists defined, fonts defined (note that there are already customized styles. Trebuchet MS as headline, Segoe UI Light as bread text. These can be changed if absolutely deemed neccessary, but it is recommended to adopt the style), language styles (Spanish Mexico), SmartArt graphics (colors and language). The initial delivery should be 4:3 aspect ratio. And as a 2nd priority a version for 16:9. 2. Design as Word template as dotx. Incluging: - Word styles - Colors - Table designs - Language settings (defaulting as Mexican Spanish) - Opening page (cover page) and table of contents - As 2nd priority a shorter version that does not include cover page and table of contents 3. Re-Colorization of our currently selected pictures to fit nicely for presentations. See the color theme. This should not be huge task. The freelancer is welcome to utilize our current templates as base of work. They are attached below. Once the freelancer is selected, I will share a lot more of materials. Our current document templates have a couple of problems that the freelancer should know: - Their design is not uniform - In some cases the text default changes to English.
