Project Description

I need a MemoryCoin 2.0 Payment Gateway plugin/script for WP & WooCommerce.
The payment gateway module should have the following features:

Wordpress 3.8 & WooCommerce [url removed, login to view] (and WooCommerce 2.1*) compatible
Able to convert MemoryCoin to local currencies, vice versa (USD preferable)
Able to convert MemoryCoin to Bitcoin, vice versa
Display prices both in MemoryCoin and local currencies (USD preferable)

* WooCommerce 2.1 estimated release date is final week of January 2014. However, the developers may release it sooner. WooCommerce 2.1 is available in Beta. Please find relevant info from the developer forums or ask me.

Project details might be confusing so I'm gonna try to explain it in an example.

Let's say I'm selling some mugs with a price of 9,00 USD.
The plugin will have a feature to pay with MemoryCoin 2.0 so it should convert [url removed, login to view] USD to XXX MemoryCoin.
For this conversation we need MMC/USD conversation but there is not any as of today. Therefore, we will use Bitcoin conversations.
USD --> BTC (of Coinbase, BTC-e, Mtgox) Attention: Plugin must have a feature for each market with Low/High/Average Weight, PLUS user defined conversation multiplier rate.
BTC ---> MMC (MMC/BTC is available on Bter, right now)
There will be two options to show price both in USD and MMC but the Base (Merchant) price will rely on USD.

FTP details of my server will not be shared as all the information to develop this plugin is open-source and available on the internet.
The budget is decreased due to unrealistic offers.
