Online Research (adding findings on to an Excel file) 2. Telephone Outreach Calls - Follow a simple script to raise awareness of a specific issue, and note any feedback. The calls need to be done during office hours from your home office. This is not a sales task. There is no requirement to persuade, close deals, or make any commercial offers. It does require a professional, personable approach on the telephone. A key to success is good communication and good responsiveness.
