I need someone to geocode about 6000 addresses to determine which Illinois townships they belong to, and in what proportion. This is an annual project. Requirements: - Geocode addresses using preferred mapping service (ArcGIS or alternatives) - Provide results ideally mapped with numbers included, but Excel or CSV format is acceptable Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in geocoding and using mapping services, especially ArcGIS - Experience with handling and processing large datasets in Excel or CSV - Ability to create clear, accurate maps

Please bid for one drawing, I will hand over a set of original CAD drawings that must be brought into GIS with millimeter-level precision. The target is a local coordinate system already in use on site; full parameters will be supplied alongside a few surveyed control points to lock the drawing down. Your task is to carry out the georeferencing and return a clean, topologically sound shapefile. If you prefer to add an extra export (e.g., GeoPackage or geodatabase) to preserve the same accuracy, that is welcome as well—just let me know.
