control a LASER Set scanner / Galvo 30kpps + 2 stepper motors with arduino

We need to develop a system to control a LASER Set scanner / Galvo 30kpps with an Arduino and 2 stepper motors.
the galvo system is compatible with IDLA .
The laser should be able to display slides from a pc computer .. the slides will be in svg or jpg format.
The slides will be in a directory and should be read in alphabetical order (img-01, img-02 ....) from the first one to the last one.
some code will drive the 2 stepper motors between the projection of 2 slides...
The parameters for timelaps and configuration of the motors.

Then, the soft/ arduino should work as follow :

1st slide specific configuration (duration, 1st motor moving, 2nd motor moving)
1st slide display with the laser piloted by the galvo controller.
movement of the 1st and 2nd motor.
2nd slide display with a specific timelaps stored in a paramer file
movement of the 1st and 2nd motor.
........
N-1 slide display with a specific timelaps (same as the 2nd slice) stored in a paramer file
movement of the 1st and 2nd motor.

N (end) slide display with a specific timelaps stored in a paramer file
movement of the 1st and 2nd motor.

The laser galvo controler and the stepper motors should be piloted as much as possible by standard shields like the pollulus arduino.
