I’m working on a chemical-engineering assignment that requires a full thermodynamic analysis in Aspen HYSYS using the Wilson activity-coefficient model, then validating those results in MATLAB. My current roadblock is configuring HYSYS so the Wilson model is correctly selected, tuning or regressing any missing interaction parameters, and generating reliable VLE data (T-x,y / P-x,y) for a binary, non-ideal liquid mixture.
