    The Sketch needs to scan for specific BLE devices and then display a signal strength via a coloured 5 led bargraph, play a beep, and show accumulated points for the time spend within the vicinity of a found BLE device. Required deliverable for this project will be a single Arduino Sketch. This project is a follow on to a previously completed Bluetooth BLE Scanner MIT Inventor App (see project brief attached). The APK can be found in the project files on Freelancer. The objective of the MIT Inventor app was to prove that the BLE scanner concept would work.     Using the ESP32C3 DevkitC-02 board, we want to extend the IDF ble_mesh_node examples, creating a mesh network of 4 nodes: 3 servers and 1 client. In the server, add an int32_t counter that increments its value by +1, every second that the green LED is on.
