I have many ideas to put for each piece of parent home but steel need your help to get an amazing 3D plan corresponding to the actual new 2D plan (see attached) I also need some ideas to have openning between bedroom and lounge for natural lighting For bathroom need wax concrete for walls (color : beige) For kitchen I already make a plan, please follow it according to the space available in 2D plan I will post some photos as idea for each piece of house. I am looking for an experienced designer to create an inviting living/kitchen space of approx 250 square feet. The space should feature a full kitchen set-up and provide space for dining. The area marked for cabinets is a recommendation but I am open to ideas. I am attaching drawing of the space plus pictures/video or original space I would like to also assess the option of moving the kitchen to the larger part of the room and put the informal dining area close to the entry door I would need a realistic 3D render and the use of USA standard cabinet sizes !!! We are renovated a building for a 16 bed inpatient psych facility. One of the interior walls have these large box like structures that cover a 1 feet high concrete platform. The goal is to design the interior of the room with 2 beds taking into account the platform.

I am looking to have a patio pool design to be developed on my property. See picture enclosed as a canvas for that pool design. Pools size should be 12 feet by 12 feet (any shape but not larger than that). I am considering either an aboveground or partially in-ground pool, depending on which option makes the most sense for your design or creativity. Additionally, I would like to include additional features in the patio pool area, such as landscaping design, long chairs, and a patio as part of the features in your design. In terms of customization, I would prefer to keep it basics and am open to suggestions on what might be the better option based on the layout of the space. I am planning to add new construction to an existing building. The new construction will be made for an AFH purpose. In addition, I want to renovate the interior of the existing building. Some rooms have windows facing outwards where the new construction is projected to be. Also, I would like to expand the living room or the rooms instead of the shed that is currently constructed on the side of the building. The AFH projected will have 7-8 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I would also like a little bit of more better look for the front of the house.
