Chatbot Prompt Writing Jobs

We are a Sydney based rental vehicle business. We have Typebot integrated with OpenAI. It is set up to respond to our customers via our WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger using Chatwoot. We need to have Typebot trained into an AI assistant. Your job is to configure, train, and test the bot so it responds naturally in both Messenger and Instagram DM, keeps the brand voice consistent, and hands off to a human when needed. I will share detailed instruction on our business, common questions and template answers, guidance on when the bot should hand off to a human, access to our Typebot workspace along with brand guidelines, and API keys.
