Tips and Tricks.
I have handwritten my research on to the document attached below and I need someone with a keen eye for detail to copy this research into a similar excel document. For every page I send you I would like a new sheet in the excel work book. If you are unsure of any of my spelling do the best you can and highlight that cell.
You will need access to reliable internet and be familiar with Microsoft office and dropbox. A basic understanding of maths is required and it is important that the data entry is accurate. It is also important that you can commit to the 6 month period of work and you will need to commit to completing the data entry daily (although there is also scope to do a longer period of work once per week but you will at least need to download documents daily). The work involves some steps: 1. Downloading documents from a website and saving them daily as a word document 2. Being able to input some information from these documents into an excel spreadsheet (will be provided) 3. Being able name and save both the excel and word documents into organised folders 4. Sharing this information weekly via dropbox Although it will seem a little difficult at first I would imagine you will quickly get the hang of it and the time it takes to complete daily or weekly will decrease as you get more proficient each week. I will provide exact steps and processes for you to follow. As such I would prefer to negotiate a fixed weekly payment with a final bonus paid upon completion of the project for accurate data entry. Depending on the outcome of the project there may also be scope for ongoing work if wanted it.
We need you to transcribe about 80,000 - 100,000 words of text. We shall be hiring three freelancers on this project, and you shall be required to work at least nine hours a day, seven days a week on this project. Preferable pay would be on hourly basis. Kindly quote your expected hourly pay and the number of words you can type per minute. The best combination of expected hourly pay (the lower the better) and the typing speed (the higher the better) would be awarded the project. NOTE: New freelancers are also welcome to place their bids on this project. A total of three freelancers shall be awarded this project.

We are Nooovle Solutions, Inc., a Philippine digital marketing company. One of our clients is asking for a testimonial video series to be posted in 1-2 weeks' time. Our first few videos were shot by a professional videographer who shot the videos using a Canon DSLR camera. The transcriber should be able to transcribe in English and in Filipino, as these were the language mediums used for the testimonials. Deadline is in three days after sharing the video to the chosen transcriber. The usual rate for a transcriber is Php1000 per hour of recorded material. Since these are only 5 videos (which will be only 25 minutes long), we will pay you the appropriate amount based on the most common rate for transcription.
