I am seeking help in creating a Google Chrome extension designed to empower users to block specific video categories on product webpages within a particular platform. The extension should offer a user-friendly experience for downloading, installing, and uninstalling. Additionally, I would like the ability to track whether users have enabled the extension on the website. Please provide examples of previous chrome extensions you have developed and include any relevant experience.

I frequent a website which offers great resources for free. The only issue with it is there is no way to easily save the content. I would like a TamperMonkey script (preferred) or Firefox addon which resolves the location of the resource and adds a download button next to the original button. The site is built on top of React + Angular so you must be able to resolve JavaScript back to resource's URL!
