I need a detailed CNC-ready design for a small metal disc that will act as a machine part inside one of our assemblies. The core requirement is precision: the profile, hole pattern, and thickness all have to meet tight tolerances so the disc drops straight into an existing housing with no post-machining tweaks. Here is what I am expecting from you: • A fully dimensioned 3D CAD model (STEP or IGES) • Manufacturing drawings with critical tolerances called out • CAM data or G-code that can run on a standard 3-axis mill or lathe Material, cutter, and setup suggestions are welcome as long as they support repeatable accuracy.
