I have roughly 100 outstanding Blue Cross Blue Shield claims for Attitude Adjustment Massage LLC that need to be coded, scrubbed, and submitted through Claim MD. All visits were massage-therapy only, so you’ll be working with a tight, repetitive set of CPTs and ICD-10s, but accuracy is still critical because these are commercial plans with varied benefit structures. Once this is completed these same bills must be sent to a secondary BCBS Federal. You must hold an active Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential and be fully comfortable navigating Claim MD’s portal—creating batches, attaching clinical notes, correcting rejections, and tracking each claim through to the final EOB.
