I have a classic ASP (VB) application that is currently installed on Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. Since the server is obsolete, this application needs to be moved to a higher version of Windows Server that is supported by Microsoft at this stage. We have decided to use Windows Server 2019 (IIS 10.0). We do not have the installer of the application and hence evaluating the possibility of migrating without an installer (IIS migration tool may be).
