Each week I’ll forward the signed-off milestones or time sheets; your job is to turn them into clean, project-coded invoices, double-check amounts against our price list, and email them out on schedule. When payments arrive you’ll jump back into Xero, reconcile the transactions, record any bank fees, and flag mismatches or missing references so nothing slips through the cracks.
