We are a small children store with clothes from 0 to 12 years. We would like to add swimwear to our collection. We would like to submit some designs, have samples sent to us, and begin manufacturing styles that we would sell online and in our shop.
My name is Josh and I am part of a team in Barrington High school's Business Incubator program. Me and my team have developed a business revolving around a product that is designed to organize phone cords such as earbuds and a phone charger cord. This product is essentially a disc containing a retractable cord. Me and my team are asking for a prototype of this product; a physical prototype that has some sort or retractable mechanism that is as close to our final product as possible. We would like someone with the skills and tools available fabricate this prototype which would either be made of aluminum or plastic. We have specifications for applicants to review upon request.
Looking for an experienced designer who has a wealth of knowledge in automation and robotic welding fixtures. This project would need to be designed on a tight schedule. Prefer the designer to use Solidworks software. I would also require an animated weld simulation, (not stress simulation) to be done and provided with the design. The goal of the project is to get the design of a Raspberry Pi Shield with communication modules: - Lora SX1278 (433 MHz) or similar - 3G Cellular module compatible in Chile ([url removed, login to view]) - GPS Module. All thre modules must have an external antenna connector. The design of the board must include all the additional components required for the proper operation of the modules (power sources, voltage regulators, external power supply connector in case needed.) The rest of available GPIO pins should be available on the shield with 0.1" male pin in the same way they are on the Raspberry board. The board must include a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor Requiered Deliverables: -Board and Schematics Eagle files -3D model step or parasolid file -All the required Gerber files for manufacturing -B.O.M. in xlsx. The project will have two milestones: 1º milestone: (70%) when design gets approved and sent to manufacturer 2º milestone: (30%) when manufacturer start production.
I’m looking for a cool 3D designer that can design a functional and foldable motor arm for a micro racing drone that can be printed in a 3D printer (or made from carbon fiber parts). This design is for a racing drone so the arm must be super strong and should be made from a carbon fiber tube 6mm-12mm to make it stronger. The total length of the arm is ~87mm including the folding and locking mechanism, arm and the motor holder. The folding mechanism will fold the arm up and down (90-degrees) like an umbrella (not to the sides), and when it’s in up position it should be locked for forces from both sides so the motor can push/pull the arm. The motor is 2205 type with a size of 28mm diameter with 4 holding screws so it should include an motor holder that attached securely onto the carbon fiber tube (the end of the holder should be a tube with a bit bigger diameter than the arm tube and two screws that will hold it in place that will pass-through the carbon tube). The arm and holder should have a way to run the 3 cables from the motors (5mm diameter for 3 cables together).

The product is approximately the size of a regular drinks can. Full specifications will be provided once the project has been awarded, however the outline brief to assist with quoting: - An octagonal product, roughly the height and diameter of a regular drinks can. - The main lid to the product needs to be press fitted. - An internal compartment suspended from the lid of the product, accessible via a screw top (or other) - The product needs to come in three pieces: a. The main body. b. The lid (press fit) with an internal container suspended from it. c. The screw lid for the internal container. Bids from UK based individuals will be looked upon favourably as I value the ability to meet designers in person if required. Bids from individuals with the ability to 3D print or otherwise model the product pieces will similarly be looked upon favourably. Revisions may be required after consultation with the manufacturer and the project will only be regarded as complete once the design files (format TBC) have been accepted by the manufacturer.
