We need to add a mechanism to our Projects Nintex Workflows allow us to get Email Templates from List Items Rich Text Field and send these emails during project workflow progress with the conditions below: 1- The emails templates must be dynamic so we can change the text ,images, fonts and other formats at any time and these changes apply automatically to ( running projects workflow instances ) as well as new projects workflow instances 2- the email must have some specific keywords , these keywords will be replaced by workflow engine during project workflow progress with “real project values” , please find the keywords below - "WFPOwner" will replaced with "Project Owner Display Name" - "WFRole" will replaced with "Current Approver Role" - "WFPDuration" will replaced with "Project Duration"
Need a form and deployment package (WSP) for SharePoint 2010. See attached form. Most fields are data capture only. A few fields (Division, location, class and request type should populate from a predined list for user to select. Payback in years is a calculated field. Timing section is data capture.. Attachments: Users need the ability to include other documents as attachments to the CER form. The checkboxes themselves are just a visual incdication of the attachments. Approvals drive a Nintex approval Workflow (workflow is out of scope). These field will be updated by the workflow and should be display only. Require this to be developed as a feature and deployed via WSP deployment package.

There are three components in this project. 1. Helpdesk System (Ticketing) 2. Workflow 3. DMS All three has to be integrated and work through one application. We have created 6 workflows in alfresco activity BPM, we would like to see how it can be invoked in application so that further we will have 25 workflows to build. The workflows will have multiple and parallel approvals with conditions in the process. The forms and workflows should be dynamic.
