Crawl 50 Websites 6 days left

Need to gather information on attorneys from 50 different websites. This will involve crawling the sites with a multi-threaded program you develop to gather all the records and store them in a MySQL database. Some of the fields we'd like collected and normalized include: Attorney Name Lawfirm Practice Area(s) Address City State State Bar + Bar Admission Date (could be multiple) Attorney ID (if present) County (if present) Email (if present) Picture (if present) Website (if present) Description (if present) Phone(s) Email (if present) Active (True/False) Bonus: 1) When website URL present but no email, crawl Website and sub pages to find email address. This could be done as phase 2 or preferably phase 1 if you have a way to do it well. 2) Very few sites have Captcha but about 2-3 of them do. It would be helpful if you have worked with Depatcha before, but not a requirement. Part of this will also include crawling [url removed, login to view] and we'd like these mapped out into separate tables as well: * Nearby Cities - seperate table mapping by city * Related Practice Areas - seperate table mapping by practice area * Common Legal Issue? True or False * Top County? True or False (find on home page) * Top City? True or False (find on home page) I will relay the exact websites we need crawled in private so you can review and bid accordingly. I have already mapped out how to do it for 95% of them. We just need someone to write the code to scrape and parse the sites programmatically. Skills Preferred: Perl, Multi-Threading

Looking for approx. 8 hours of direction on all things Linux. Can figure out the Perl part, but just looking for help in navigating the Linux server, running apps, setting up Cron jobs, etc. Would prefer in person on Long Island NY, but willing to telecommute over Skype.

I have been using the Perl line: perl -e 'while (<>){print if (/^START/../^END/);}' [url removed, login to view] to extract a chuck of text in between START and END in a text file and write it to standard output. I would like to improve on this a bit and write a script that would write TWO files -- one with the extracted lines and one that will be the original file MINUS the extracted line. The command line should then take 3 files as in: extract -orig [url removed, login to view] -new [url removed, login to view] --extracted [url removed, login to view] where [url removed, login to view] will be the same as the original minus the extracted lines and [url removed, login to view] will contain the extracted lines (in between START and END). Test file is attached.

There is a ruby client to the quickbooks online REST API [url removed, login to view] However I work with perl, so would like it ported to perl. I don't necessarily need all the functions right away, just the ability to post expenses and sales. I think this needs the ability to retrieve lists of Suppliers, Accounts and Classes. I would like a simple web UI like the ruby one for user to post the expenses and sales, but also to post then from my application

    - domain detection + tlds hash table - same-user variable - new auth mechanisms (some of old methods are obsolete). now with autodetection for all possible login types. - new smtp codes very well structured, no false positives. - relay check with spoofing algorithms. - user validation with advanced autodetect dns methods. - delays to avoid rbl and noops to keep connection alive. - interactive verbose messages(with color codes) - skip non-auth servers - md5 protection - random from generator - spoofs process name for ps, pstree - option to scan a file containing a list of ips (very useful). - 2 scan methods(one is very fast, sometimes considered as flood) - more user friendly - reconfigured everything to allow even more threads(tasks + 2 types of threads). - maximum improvement of memory management & functions optimization, no leaks, no useless code. - added multi-treads per IP (means the speed of scanning increases by n number of threads per IP) - added custom port selection feature - option to select between multiple scan types (Regular, SSL or TLS also with default or custom ports) - added auto scan with configuration file for better management. - added tokens - added other smtp codes which were reported missing - now saves domain & hostname in log file - added domain validation (you can validate during scan or a list with domains, which is very useful for cleaning), also it is saved in log - checks if IP is honeypot during scan - checks if IP is blacklisted (during scan or a list of IPs or a single IP for which shows detailed info). Also, it has the option to use a custom list of RBL servers besides the built-in one. - gets all domains for IP and shows potential users in case of hosting. - working an a Linux Root or VPS - saving the inbox smtp in a text file with all important data

Project involves creating a module in C++ for the ZNC IRC daemon ([url removed, login to view]) that will be able to monitor several dozen channels (configurable array, list with several variables per index entry/channel [bot name, host, channel name, irc network name, wildcard matching of certain strings or regex] Module must follow all recommend usage examples and make use of the layout/structures here: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] Must be able to be used in most current version of ZNC and be forwards compatible as much as possible. Module must be capable of accepting input via standard ZNC input methods (/msg *ZNCMODULENAME set %VARIABLE %INPUT) List of desired commands will be made available Perl script version of module is available as a reference point for the programmer that takes on this job. Any further questions please ask.

In this project we just need to translate some math formulas into Perl, crate subroutines and return the values of the listed below indicators. The math formulas are from TA (Technical Analysis) - which will be used to analyse charts. Moving Average: [url removed, login to view] RSI: [url removed, login to view] MFI: [url removed, login to view] STOCH: [url removed, login to view] FIB: [url removed, login to view]:chart_analysis:fibonacci_retracemen I only need the math formulas translated into Perl - without the use of special modules. (No modules such as Finance::TA or any other that calculate these values) - but we can use modules such as List::Util,Math::BigFloat,etc. The data are taken using this API from [url removed, login to view] And the results should match the results of this: [url removed, login to view] (in this example we can use the result->60 (means 1hr chart data) We can also use Kraken as an alternative to [url removed, login to view], they also provide an API module Finance::Bank::Kraken and API doc [url removed, login to view]
