As a NDIS provider, I am looking for a freelance writer to compose a thorough and comprehensive NDIS Policy and Procedure manual. This manual should provide clear guidance and instruction to staff, adhere to NDIS regulations, and ultimately improve efficiency and effectiveness in NDIS service delivery. The manual is currently non-existent and therefore must be written from scratch. It is expected the manual will include between 5 and 10 chapters or sections. The writer must have experience in writing policies and procedures and have familiarity with NDIS regulations. A successful candidate will assist me in creating a policy and procedure manual that meets these expectations and requirements.

I am looking to create a clinic-specific prescribing policy that covers all aspects of prescribing both in adult and children. The policy should include general and Controlled drugs protocols and procedures. The policy should include What to do in the event of a prescribing error/near miss Prescribing unlicensed/off label medicines and how you go about getting informed consent and demonstrate to the patient their recommendation is evidence based. How you are notified about drug alerts, who receives the alerts, how these alerts are disseminated to individual prescribers and the receipt by individual prescribers is recorded and monitored. What length of treatment will each prescription be reference to Gillick competencies Diagnose and develop individual treatment plans with the patients.
