I need a complete engineering package for a compact, stainless-steel (SS316) system that transfers two high-pressure gases—oxygen and a second gas—from 4 L, 1 800-2 000 psi supply cylinders into a 5 L storage tank. The small tank will serve purely for storage. Filling must occur in a defined sequence: first oxygen to a set intermediate pressure, then the second gas until the vessel reaches roughly 1 000 psi total.
