I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in drafting a patent application for my technology. I have some notes and documentation related to the patent that can be used as a starting point. The ideal candidate should have experience in patent drafting and be familiar with the requirements for a application. We need some help in Delhi from someone who can help us in property and dispute related matters. You will have knowledge of how to deal with real estate dealings, mutation, etc and understanding of legal matters in this regard. You should be available physically to us in Delhi. I need advice for a client whose adult son has been renting to own a property in Los Angeles County, California. The arrangement was informal, with rent paid in cash or credited for property work.
