3D Artist Job Posting We are looking for multiple people who can join our remote work team to do Premium 3D digital artistry on full-body 3D scans of people. The files will be delivered as zip folders that contain an .obj file, .mtl file, .jpg file. Once you do the digital artistry on each 3D scan you will upload it back to our servers as a .zip file which will contain an .obj file, .mtl file, and texture file(s). There are no restrictions or special workflows that you need to follow. Feel free to use your own workflow to complete a Premium scan clean up. The only thing that we require is that you submit files in a .obj format. Also, the files should be able to open in meshlab for previewing purposes. Here is a list of things that normally need to be fixed in the 3D scans: 1. Removal of webbing between arms legs, and between bodies (sometimes our scans are 2-5 people rather than an individual) 2. Smoothing of the mesh to remove bumpy geometry 3. Reconstruction of missing body parts 4. Recreation of props and accessories such as eye glasses 5. Texture painting and editing to fix mistextures on top of heads and other areas 6. Adjust texture in photoshop such as editing hue, saturation, changing curve, etc. You will also need to sculpt additional detail to bring the scan to premium quality: 1. Sculpt facial details for the eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, and ears as well as ears and fingers. 2. Sculpt believable mesh texture for the hair. 3. Recreate clothes folds and add any additional detail like pockets and buttons. 4. Rebuild and add detail to hats and props. During the initial on boarding process we will give you a few test scans to complete. If you do a good job on them, we will add you as a member of our remote 3D digital artist team. Hi Everyone! I'm looking for someone to sculpt a lion, perhaps 18 inches tall. I don't mind the material (medium) as long as it is conducive to replicating them in the future. I'm OK with 'modifying' an existing one, but long story short, it would have to be unique so that I'm the only one with this specific model. I could also be open to a partnership if you're interested in growing your name/brand. For example, lets say a national store wanted a lion at each entrance. We could say "created by xxx" so that your name gets out there. If you're not interested in that, I would just pay for you to create one. If you know how to make copies (mold?) that is even better. Just so that we are on the same page about rates, I've talked to a group that makes high quality sculptures for museums. Their rate was $4,000. I'll entertain anything under that. Please be based in the USA.

My mother is 78 but used to enjoy sculpting and painting. I thought it would be a fun Christmas gift to offer a few classes to help her see a project from start to finish. She knows how to sculpt but its been quite a few years (about 20). Hoping for someone to visit her home in Roy and provide occassional oversight and help. May turn into future projects.

I am looking for an artist to create a sculpture of the Good Guy Vape's mascot. The final sculpture should be able to eventually be converted to an stl file that will then be 3D printed. An obj file is acceptable as well as I have the means to convert it to stl. The final sculpture is intended to be used as a paperweight so the bottom of the model should have a base that will allow the model to stand vertically once manufactured. I will upload 2 files, one of the Good Guy mascot and another as an example of the overall shape I am expecting with the base.
I am having a wedding in Ireland. The bride is renowned for her love of Diet Coke and lives in Dubai so I am looking to get a replica of the Burj Khalifa made out of small Diet Coke cans to display at the venue next summer (2018).
I would like someone to make a replica of 3 artistic metal discs, each about 18 inches in diameter. These discs are currently found on the doors of the Washington, D.C. LDS Temple, located just outside of DC in Kensington, Maryland. The bottom of this blog post has all the medallions. I want the sun, moon, and star medallions. [url removed, login to view]
