URDEAD Online needs 10 House + 4 addon (modular) models for a residential area. These should be game ready houses with a clean model and efficient UV's. Textures can be repeating but they need not be too obvious. At the first level of the house things like doors and windows should be modeled out but they can be 'stuck' into the mesh, as well as overhangs etc, ie, the model does not need to be 'water tight'. This needs a bit of planning but I will have reference images and sketches available.

Here is a quick list of what we have planned for the houses in this area so you can prepare a better estimate.

Houses (budget: max 700 triangles, 1 1024x1024 texture) ** see sharing texture info below
3 Square houses - (light blue house in scene on Google Earth at location) varying window configurations and trim
3 'A frame' houses - varying window/door configurations and trim (brown, green, blue)
2 Larger 'A' frame houses - varying window/door configurations and trims, colors
2 Larger Square multi family apartments - varying window/door configurations and trims.

Modular Pieces:
2 different colored porches with railing configurations and stairs, possible overhang one one
2 different colored/variation overhangs for over the main doors to the house and porches

** Sharing textures: A texture can be made for Doors and Windows for houses ( 1 1024x1024 for all doors, 1 1024x1024 for all windows) to share as long as they are varied enough so you don't see a strong presence of the same window and door in the same area **

As you can see these are very simple in design and architecture. Models and UV's need to be clean and efficient. For example all hidden geometry/faces need to be deleted, Samples of your work would be greatly appreciated, including UV layout and wireframes. Artists are encouraged to send screenshots so they do not go too far away from our vision (and poly and texture budgets)
